About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. You will be part of a team helping grow sales in the agency office by offering products people need for security and peace of mind.

You will pursue and respond to requests and needs of prospective and current clients. You will be trained to act as a consultant for families and businesses, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate insurance products.
Responsibilities
Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and personal goals.
Meet new business production goals and objectives, generating new business through leads and referral sources.
Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Build comprehensive protection plans for families and businesses facing life's uncertainties.
Maintain knowledge of new products and industry developments.
Requirements
Possess an active TX General Lines or Personal Property & Casualty Insurance license.
Active General Lines Life, Accident & Health license is preferred but not required for hire.
Work in-person at GG Insurance Agency Office: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficient in multi-tasking and following up.
Pass a background check that covers State, Federal, and County Criminal History.
